E’ un Casolare in Pietra indipendente con Piscina Privata ( 10 x 5 mt ) che puo’ accogliere fino a 10 persone.
INTERNI
Il Piano Terra è composto da uno spazioso soggiorno con Camino Toscano in Pietra e Divani, un ampia Cucina ben attrezzata separata da un arco, due Camere Matrimoniali con Bagno Privato con Doccia. Dall’ Esterno si accede alla Suite, composta da un Salotto e una Camera Matrimoniale con doccia.
Il salotto e la Cucina sono collegati con il comodo Portico dove si puo’ mangiare al fresco vicino la Piscina e godersi il panorama sulla Valle.
Al Piano Superiore si vi sono Due Camere, una Matrimoniale con Bagno, con Doccia ed una Doppia con Bagno con Doccia.
Il Casolare e’ equipaggiato di: LDC TV satellitare con DVD, WI-FI, Forno a Micro onde, Lavastoviglie, Lavatrice e Barbeque esterno adiacente al Portico.
ESTERNI
La Villa offre un un grande parco di Olivi e Bosco con la Piscina (10x 5mt ) circondata da un curato giardino con essenze mediterranee e dalla quale si puo’ godere una vista meravigliosa sulla Vallata.

It is an independent typical stone farmhouse with Private Pool (10 x 5 mt) that can accommodate up to 10 people.
INTERNAL
The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with a Tuscan stone fireplace and sofas, a spacious well equipped kitchen separated by an arch, two double bedrooms with private bathroom and shower. From the exterior you have access to the suite :a Living Room and one Double Room with a shower.
The living room and kitchen are connected with a comfortable porch where you can eat outside by the pool and enjoy the panorama on the valley.
On the top floor there are two rooms, a double room with bathroom and a shower, and a double room with two single beds and a shower room.
The farmhouse is equipped with: LDC satellite TV with DVD, WI-FI, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine and an outdoor barbeque adjacent to the porch.
EXTERNAL
The Villa offers a large park of olive trees and woods with a swimming pool (10 x 5 mt) surrounded by a well-kept garden with Mediterranean essences and from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley.
