INTERNI
La Villa disposta su di un unico piano e’composta da
un ampio Salone con Camino Toscano in Pietra e
Divani ed un arco che separa la grande Cucina ben attrezzata e Due Camere Matrimoniali:
Una con Bagno privato con Vasca da Bagno e Doccia
e l’altra puo’ usufruire del Bagno di servizio con Doccia.
ESTERNI
La Villa offre due Loggiati Arredati, uno ad ogni lato della casa, con Divani, Tavoli, Barbecue e Forno a legna, ideali per rilassarsi e godere del fresco della sera
e della Vista Meravigliosa. Il Parcheggio e’ dietro uno dei Loggiati
La Piscina ( 12x 6 mt ) e’ distante circa 50 mt dalla Villa ed e’ raggiungibile da un affascinante sentiero immerso nel verde degli Olivi. E’ Posizionata vicino la Casa del Proprietario, il quale ne da uso privato ed esclusivo agli Ospiti.

VILLA BELLAVISTA
It is an independent typical stone farmhouse with Private Pool (12 x 5 mt) that can accommodate up to 4 people.
INTERNAL
The Villa on one floor is composed by a large salon with a Tuscan stone fireplace and sofas and an arch that separates the large well equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms: One with a private bathroom with bath & shower, and the other room with a bathroom with shower.
EXTERNAL
The Villa offers two furnished loggias, one on each side of the house, with sofas, tables, barbecues and a wood oven, ideal for relaxing and enjoying an evening breeze with a wonderful view. Parking is behind one of the loggias.
The swimming pool (12 x 5 mt) is about 50 meters away from the Villa and can be reached from a charming path between olive trees. It is located near the owner's house, which is privately and exclusively used by guests.
CONSIDERATIONS
***Each Villa has its own private access, its own independence and its private areas that are not shared with other guests, therefore the privacy of every facility is guaranteed.
